Course Information

 

An apprenticeship in Health and Social Care is both challenging and demanding but ultimately very rewarding. To succeed in this area, you need to be patient and have a desire to help others who require assistance with their day to day activities. This apprenticeship focuses on skills that are essential to all care environments including hospitals and health centres, educational and community centres, residential homes, advice centres or in people’s own homes.

What kind of work will I be doing as a Business Administration apprentice?
Getting to know individuals, building trust, supporting specific needs, assisting with personal care and general domestic tasks. If you are able to speak other languages, this may be of use in Health and Social Care.
